¹³ I can do all things ^[a]through Him who ^(A)strengthens me.

^6 (A)Do not ^[a]be anxious about anything, but in everything by ^(B)prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. ⁷ And ^(C)the peace of God, which surpasses all ^[b]comprehension, will ^(D)guard your hearts and ^(E)minds in ^(F)Christ Jesus.

^6 (A)These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart. ⁷ And ^(B)you shall repeat them diligently to your sons and speak of them when you sit in your house, when you walk on the road, when you lie down, and when you get up.

³ Older women likewise are to be reverent in their behavior, ^(A)not malicious gossips nor ^(B)enslaved to much wine, teaching what is good, ⁴ so that they may ^[a]encourage the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, ⁵ to be sensible, pure, ^(C)workers at home, kind, being ^(D)subject to their own husbands, ^(E)so that the word of God will not be dishonored.
