Final Exhortations

^13 (A)Watch, ^(B)stand fast in the faith, be brave, ^(C)be strong.

¹⁶ holding fast the word of life, so that ^(A)I may rejoice in the day of Christ that ^(B)I have not run in vain or labored in ^(C)vain.

^58 (A)Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing ^(B)that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

⁸ For God is my witness, how greatly I long for you all with the affection of Jesus Christ.

^3 (A)You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. ^4 (B)Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.

²³ Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for ^(A)He who promised is faithful.
