⁷ The Lord reigns forever;^(A)
    he has established his throne^(B) for judgment.
⁸ He rules the world in righteousness^(C)
    and judges the peoples with equity.^(D)
9 The Lord is a refuge^(E) for the oppressed,^(F)
    a stronghold in times of trouble.^(G)
10 Those who know your name^(H) trust in you,
    for you, Lord, have never forsaken^(I) those who seek you.^(J)

⁴ For the word of the Lord is right^(A) and true;^(B)
    he is faithful^(C) in all he does.
⁵ The Lord loves righteousness and justice;^(D)
    the earth is full of his unfailing love.^(E)

⁸ He has shown you, O mortal, what is good.
    And what does the Lord require of you?
To act justly^(A) and to love mercy
    and to walk humbly^[a](B) with your God.^(C)
