²¹ Let them give thanks^(A) to the Lord for his unfailing love^(B)
    and his wonderful deeds^(C) for mankind.
²² Let them sacrifice thank offerings^(D)
    and tell of his works^(E) with songs of joy.^(F)

²³ Some went out on the sea^(G) in ships;^(H)
    they were merchants on the mighty waters.
²⁴ They saw the works of the Lord,^(I)
    his wonderful deeds in the deep.
