¹⁴ and if a feeling of jealousy^(A) comes over the husband and he becomes jealous because of his wife who has defiled herself—or if a feeling of jealousy comes over him and he becomes jealous of her though she has not defiled herself—

² On that day”—this is the declaration of the Lord of Armies—“I will remove the names of the idols from the land, and they will no longer be remembered.^(A) I will banish the prophets^[a] and the unclean spirit from the land.

⁷ For God has not given us a spirit of fear,^(A) but one of power,^[a](B) love,^(C) and sound judgment.
