8 They left Pi Hahiroth[a](A) and passed through the sea(B) into the desert, and when they had traveled for three days in the Desert of Etham, they camped at Marah.(C)

9 They left Marah and went to Elim, where there were twelve springs and seventy palm trees, and they camped(D) there.

10 They left Elim(E) and camped by the Red Sea.[b]

8 They departed [a]from before Hahiroth and (A)passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness, went three days’ journey in the Wilderness of Etham, and camped at Marah. 9 They moved from Marah and (B)came to Elim. At Elim were twelve springs of water and seventy palm trees; so they camped there.

10 They moved from Elim and camped by the Red Sea.
