‘Then on (A)the tenth day of this seventh month you shall have a holy convocation, and you shall humble yourselves; you shall not do any work. And you shall bring near a burnt offering to Yahweh as a soothing aroma: one bull from the herd, one ram, seven male lambs one year old, (B)having them without blemish; and their grain offering, fine flour mixed with oil: three-tenths of an [a]ephah for the bull, two-tenths for the one ram, 10 a tenth for each of the seven lambs; 11 one male goat for a sin offering, besides (C)the sin offering of atonement and (D)the continual burnt offering and its grain offering and their drink offerings.

Offerings for the Day of Atonement

“You are to hold a sacred assembly on the tenth day of this seventh month and practice self-denial;[a](A) you must not do any work. Present a burnt offering to the Lord, a pleasing aroma: one young bull, one ram, and seven male lambs a year old. All your animals are to be unblemished. Their grain offering is to be of fine flour mixed with oil, six quarts[b] with the bull, four quarts[c] with the ram, 10 and two quarts[d] with each of the seven lambs. 11 Offer one male goat for a sin offering. The regular burnt offering with its grain offering and drink offerings are in addition to the sin offering of atonement.
