39 “‘In addition to what you vow(A) and your freewill offerings,(B) offer these to the Lord at your appointed festivals:(C) your burnt offerings,(D) grain offerings, drink offerings and fellowship offerings.(E)’”

40 Moses told the Israelites all that the Lord commanded him.[a]

39 These offerings are compulsory at the times of your annual feasts, and are in addition to sacrifices and offerings you present in connection with vows, or as freewill offerings, burnt sacrifices, grain offerings, drink offerings, or peace offerings.”

40 So Moses gave all of these instructions to the people of Israel.
