“^(A)The declaration of Balaam the son of Beor,
And the declaration of the man whose eye is opened;

“The prophecy of Balaam son of Beor,
the prophecy of one whose eye sees clearly,^(A)

⁴The declaration of him who ^(A)hears the ^[a]words of God,
Who sees the ^(B)vision of ^[b]the Almighty,
Falling down, yet having his eyes uncovered,

⁴the prophecy of one who hears the words of God,^(A)
who sees a vision from the Almighty,^[a]^(B)
who falls prostrate, and whose eyes are opened:
