Numbers 21:31-33

31 So Israel lived in the land of the Amorites. 32 Now Moses sent men to spy out (A)Jazer, and they captured its villages and dispossessed the Amorites who were there.
33 (B)Then they turned and went up by the way of Bashan, and Og the king of Bashan went out against them [a]with all his people, for battle at (C)Edrei.

Au luat satele care ţineau de el şi au izgonit pe amoriţii care erau în ele. 33 Au(B) schimbat(C) apoi drumul şi s-au suit pe drumul care duce la Basan. Og, împăratul Basanului, le-a ieşit înainte cu tot poporul lui, ca să lupte împotriva lor la(D) Edrei.
