Numbers 15:30-31

30 But the person who does anything with a (A)high hand, whether he is native or a sojourner, that one is blaspheming Yahweh; and that person shall be cut off from among his people. 31 Because he has (B)despised the word of Yahweh and has broken His commandment, that person shall be completely cut off; (C)his [a]guilt will be on him.’”

30 But the soul that doeth aught with a high hand, whether he be home-born or a sojourner, the same blasphemeth Jehovah; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people. 31 Because he hath despised the word of Jehovah, and hath broken his commandment, that soul shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity shall be upon him.
