Numbers 15:14-16
New Living Translation

14 And if any foreigners visit you or live among you and want to present a special gift as a pleasing aroma to the Lord, they must follow these same procedures. 15 Native-born Israelites and foreigners are equal before the Lord and are subject to the same decrees. This is a permanent law for you, to be observed from generation to generation. 16 The same instructions and regulations will apply both to you and to the foreigners living among you.”

Statute for the Sojourner

14 And if a sojourner sojourns with you, or one who may be among you throughout your generations, and he [a]offers an offering by fire as a soothing aroma to Yahweh, just as you do so he shall do. 15 As for the assembly, there shall be (A)one statute for you and for the sojourner who sojourns with you, a perpetual statute throughout your generations; as you are, so shall the sojourner be before Yahweh. 16 There shall be (B)one law and one judgment for you and for the sojourner who sojourns with you.’”
