New International Reader's Version
36 They left Ezion Geber and camped at Kadesh. Kadesh was in the Desert of Zin.
37 They left Kadesh and camped at Mount Hor. It was on the border of Edom. 38 Aaron the priest went up Mount Hor when the Lord commanded him to. That’s where he died. It happened on the first day of the fifth month. It was the 40th year after the Israelites came out of Egypt.

37 They left Kadesh and camped at Mount Hor,(B) on the border of Edom.(C) 38 At the Lord’s command Aaron the priest went up Mount Hor, where he died(D) on the first day of the fifth month of the fortieth year(E) after the Israelites came out of Egypt.(F)
