21 Moreover, he shall stand before Eleazar the priest, who shall inquire for him (A)by the judgment of the Urim before the Lord. At his [a]command they shall go out, and at his [b]command they shall come in, both he and all the sons of Israel with him, all the congregation.” 22 Then Moses did just as the Lord commanded him; he took Joshua and had him stand before Eleazar the priest and before all the congregation. 23 Then he laid his hands on him and (B)commissioned him, just as the Lord had spoken [c]through Moses.

21 He is to stand before Eleazar the priest, who will obtain decisions for him by inquiring(A) of the Urim(B) before the Lord. At his command he and the entire community of the Israelites will go out, and at his command they will come in.”
22 Moses did as the Lord commanded him. He took Joshua and had him stand before Eleazar the priest and the whole assembly. 23 Then he laid his hands on him and commissioned him,(C) as the Lord instructed through Moses.
