13 After you have seen it, you will die like your brother, Aaron, 14 for you both rebelled against my instructions in the wilderness of Zin. When the people of Israel rebelled, you failed to demonstrate my holiness to them at the waters.” (These are the waters of Meribah at Kadesh[a] in the wilderness of Zin.)

13 After you have seen it, you too will be gathered to your people,(A) as your brother Aaron(B) was, 14 for when the community rebelled at the waters in the Desert of Zin,(C) both of you disobeyed my command to honor me as holy(D) before their eyes.” (These were the waters of Meribah(E) Kadesh, in the Desert of Zin.)
