A Sabbathbreaker Executed
32 While the people of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man (A)gathering sticks on the Sabbath day. 33 And those who found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses and Aaron and to all the congregation. 34 (B)They put him in custody, because it had not been made clear what should be done to him. 35 And the Lord said to Moses, (C)“The man shall be put to death; all the congregation shall (D)stone him with stones outside the camp.”

The Sabbath-Breaker Put to Death
32 While the Israelites were in the wilderness,(A) a man was found gathering wood on the Sabbath day.(B) 33 Those who found him gathering wood brought him to Moses and Aaron and the whole assembly, 34 and they kept him in custody, because it was not clear what should be done to him.(C) 35 Then the Lord said to Moses, “The man must die.(D) The whole assembly must stone him outside the camp.(E)”
