30 “But the person who acts defiantly,[a] whether native or resident alien, blasphemes the Lord.(A) That person is to be cut off from his people. 31 He will certainly be cut off, because he has despised the Lord’s word and broken his command; his guilt remains on him.”

30 But the person who acts deliberately,[a] whether a citizen or an immigrant, and insults the Lord, that person will be cut off from the people 31 for despising the Lord’s word and breaking his commands. That person will be completely cut off and bear the guilt.
