29 (A)You shall have one law for him who sins unintentionally, for him who is native-born among the children of Israel and for the stranger who dwells among them.

Law Concerning Presumptuous Sin

30 (B)‘But the person who does anything [a]presumptuously, whether he is native-born or a stranger, that one [b]brings reproach on the Lord, and he shall be [c]cut off from among his people. 31 Because he has (C)despised the word of the Lord, and has broken His commandment, that person shall be completely cut off; his [d]guilt shall be upon him.’ ”

29 One and the same law applies to everyone who sins unintentionally, whether a native-born Israelite or a foreigner residing among you.(A)

30 “‘But anyone who sins defiantly,(B) whether native-born or foreigner,(C) blasphemes the Lord(D) and must be cut off from the people of Israel.(E) 31 Because they have despised(F) the Lord’s word and broken his commands,(G) they must surely be cut off; their guilt remains on them.(H)’”
