29 He that is born among the children of Israel, and the stranger that dwelleth among them, shall have both one law, who so doth sin by ignorance.

30 ¶ But the person that doeth ought [a]presumptuously, whether he be born in the land, or a stranger, the same blasphemeth the Lord: therefore that person shall be cut off from among his people,

31 Because he hath despised the word of the Lord, and hath broken his commandment: that person shall be utterly cut off: his [b]iniquity shall be upon him.
