Numbers 15:14-16

¹⁴And if a stranger ^[a]dwells with you, or whoever is among you throughout your generations, and would present an offering made by fire, a sweet aroma to the Lord, just as you do, so shall he do. ¹⁵^(A)One ^[b]ordinance shall be for you of the assembly and for the stranger who dwells with you, an ordinance forever throughout your generations; as you are, so shall the stranger be before the Lord. ¹⁶One law and one custom shall be for you and for the stranger who dwells with you.’ ”

¹⁴For the generations to come,^(A) whenever a foreigner^(B) or anyone else living among you presents a food^(C) offering^(D) as an aroma pleasing to the Lord, they must do exactly as you do. ¹⁵The community is to have the same rules for you and for the foreigner residing among you; this is a lasting ordinance for the generations to come.^(E) You and the foreigner shall be the same before the Lord: ¹⁶The same laws and regulations will apply both to you and to the foreigner residing among you.^(F)’”
