13 Every native Israelite shall do these things in this way, in presenting an offering by fire, a pleasing odour to the Lord. 14 An alien who lives with you, or who takes up permanent residence among you, and wishes to offer an offering by fire, a pleasing odour to the Lord, shall do as you do. 15 As for the assembly, there shall be for both you and the resident alien a single statute, a perpetual statute throughout your generations; you and the alien shall be alike before the Lord.

13 “‘Everyone who is native-born(A) must do these things in this way when they present a food offering as an aroma pleasing to the Lord.(B) 14 For the generations to come,(C) whenever a foreigner(D) or anyone else living among you presents a food(E) offering(F) as an aroma pleasing to the Lord, they must do exactly as you do. 15 The community is to have the same rules for you and for the foreigner residing among you; this is a lasting ordinance for the generations to come.(G) You and the foreigner shall be the same before the Lord:
