13 Every native Israelite will do these things in this manner, in offering a fire offering as a pleasing aroma to the Lord. 14 A foreigner who lives with you, or who resides among you throughout your generations, and would present a fire offering, a pleasing aroma to the Lord, shall do as you do. 15 One ordinance will be for you of the assembly and for the foreigner who lives with you, an ordinance forever throughout your generations. As you are, so will the foreigner be before the Lord.
