19 And consider the land what it is, and the people that dwell therein, whether they be strong, or weak, either few or many.
20 Also what the land is that they dwell in, whether it be [a]good or bad: and what cities they be, that they dwell in, whether they dwell in tents, or in walled towns.
21 And what the land is: whether it be fat or lean, whether there be trees therein, or not. And be of good courage, and bring of the fruit of the land (for then was the time of the first ripe grapes.)

19 What kind of land do they live in? Is it good or bad? What kind of towns do they live in? Are they unwalled or fortified? 20 How is the soil? Is it fertile or poor? Are there trees in it or not?
