“Hear now My words:
If there is a prophet among you,
I, Yahweh, shall make Myself known to him in a ^(A)vision.
I shall speak with him in a ^(B)dream.

^8 (A)With him I speak mouth to mouth,
Indeed clearly, and not in riddles,
And he beholds ^(B)the form of Yahweh.
Why then were you not afraid
To speak against My servant, against Moses?”

That I will ^(B)pour out My Spirit on all ^[b](C)mankind;
And your sons and your daughters shall prophesy;
Your old men will dream dreams;
Your young men will see visions.
