Numbers 11:27-29

²⁷ A young man ran up to Moses. He said, “Eldad and Medad are prophesying in the camp.”

²⁸ Joshua spoke up. He was the son of Nun. Joshua had been Moses’ helper from the time he was young. He said, “Moses! Please stop them!”

²⁹ But Moses replied, “Are you jealous for me? I wish that all the Lord’s people were prophets. And I wish that the Lord would put his Spirit on them.”
