Numbers 21:26-29

New International Version

“Come to Heshbon and let it be rebuilt;
    let Sihon’s city be restored.

²⁸ “Fire went out from Heshbon,
    a blaze from the city of Sihon.^(E)
It consumed^(F) Ar^(G) of Moab,
    the citizens of Arnon’s heights.^(H)
29 Woe to you, Moab!^(I)
    You are destroyed, people of Chemosh!^(J)
He has given up his sons as fugitives^(K)
    and his daughters as captives^(L)
    to Sihon king of the Amorites.
