¹⁶ These are the statutes which the Lord commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, and between a father and his daughter in her youth in her father’s house.

²⁹ ‘This is the law of jealousy, when a wife, while under her husband’s authority, ^(A)goes astray and defiles herself, ³⁰ or when the spirit of jealousy comes upon a man, and he becomes jealous of his wife; then he shall stand the woman before the Lord, and the priest shall execute all this law upon her.

^32 (A)This is the law for one who has a discharge, ^(B)and for him who emits semen and is unclean thereby, ^33 (C)and for her who is indisposed because of her customary impurity, and for one who has a discharge, either man ^(D)or woman, ^(E)and for him who lies with her who is unclean.’ ”

⁵⁴ “This is the law for any ^(A)leprous sore and scale, ⁵⁵ for the ^(B)leprosy of a garment ^(C)and of a house, ^56 (D)for a swelling and a scab and a bright spot, ⁵⁷ to ^(E)teach when it is unclean and when it is clean. This is the law of leprosy.”

⁵⁹ “This is the law of the leprous plague in a garment of wool or linen, either in the warp or woof, or in anything made of leather, to pronounce it clean or to pronounce it unclean.”

⁴⁶ ‘This is the law ^[a]of the animals and the birds and every living creature that moves in the waters, and of every creature that creeps on the earth, ^47 (A)to distinguish between the unclean and the clean, and between the animal that may be eaten and the animal that may not be eaten.’ ”
