¹⁰ And you shall appoint Aaron and his sons, and ^(A)they shall guard their priesthood. But if ^(B)any outsider comes near, he shall be put to death.”

^51 (A)When the tabernacle is to set out, the Levites shall take it down, and when the tabernacle is to be pitched, the Levites shall set it up. ^(B)And if any outsider comes near, he shall be put to death.

³⁸ Those who were to camp before the tabernacle on the east, before the tent of meeting toward the sunrise, were Moses and Aaron and his sons, ^(A)guarding the sanctuary itself, to protect^[a] the people of Israel. And any outsider who came near was to be put to death.

⁷ if ^(A)service, in our serving; the one who teaches, in his teaching;

⁷ And ^(A)you and your sons with you shall guard your priesthood for all that concerns the altar and ^(B)that is within the veil; and you shall serve. I give your priesthood as a gift,^[a] and ^(C)any outsider who comes near shall be put to death.”

The Full Assurance of Faith

^19 (A)Therefore, brothers,^[a] since we have confidence to enter ^(B)the holy places by the blood of Jesus, ²⁰ by ^(C)the new and living way that he opened for us through ^(D)the curtain, that is, through his flesh, ²¹ and since we have ^(E)a great priest over the house of God, ²² let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts ^(F)sprinkled clean ^(G)from an evil conscience and our bodies ^(H)washed with pure water.

⁴ Now if he were on earth, he would not be a priest at all, since there are priests who offer gifts according to the law.

¹⁵ Practice these things, immerse yourself in them,^[a] so that ^(A)all may see your progress. ^16 (B)Keep a close watch on yourself and on the teaching. Persist in this, for by so doing you will save ^(C)both yourself and ^(D)your hearers.

¹⁹ So then you are no longer ^(A)strangers and aliens,^[a] but you are ^(B)fellow citizens with the saints and ^(C)members of the household of God,
