³² By presenting the best part^(A) of it you will not be guilty in this matter;^(B) then you will not defile the holy offerings^(C) of the Israelites, and you will not die.’”

⁸ Whoever eats it will be held responsible^(A) because they have desecrated what is holy^(B) to the Lord; they must be cut off from their people.^(C)

² “Tell Aaron and his sons to treat with respect the sacred offerings^(A) the Israelites consecrate to me, so they will not profane my holy name.^(B) I am the Lord.^(C)

²⁹ For those who eat and drink without discerning the body of Christ eat and drink judgment on themselves.

²⁷ So then, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord.^(A)

⁷ “By offering defiled food^(A) on my altar.

“But you ask,^(B) ‘How have we defiled you?’

“By saying that the Lord’s table^(C) is contemptible.

²² From now on the Israelites must not go near the tent of meeting, or they will bear the consequences of their sin and will die.^(A)

¹⁵ The priests must not desecrate the sacred offerings^(A) the Israelites present to the Lord^{(B) 16} by allowing them to eat^(C) the sacred offerings and so bring upon them guilt^(D) requiring payment.^(E) I am the Lord, who makes them holy.^(F)’”
