¹⁶ And Moses said to Korah, “As for you and all your congregation, be present tomorrow before the Lord, you and they and Aaron,^(A)

⁷ Now, therefore, take your stand so that I may enter into judgment with you before the Lord, and I will declare to you^[a] all the righteous acts of the Lord that he performed for you and for your ancestors.^(A)

³ Here I am; testify against me before the Lord and before his anointed. Whose ox have I taken? Or whose donkey have I taken? Or whom have I defrauded? Whom have I oppressed? Or from whose hand have I taken a bribe to blind my eyes with it? Testify against me,^[a] and I will restore it to you.”^(A)

A Worker Approved by God

¹⁴ Remind them of this, and warn them before the Lord^[a] that they are to avoid wrangling over words, which does no good but only ruins those who are listening.^(A)

⁶ Do this: take censers, Korah and all your^[a] congregation, ⁷ and tomorrow put fire in them, and lay incense on them before the Lord, and the man whom the Lord chooses shall be the holy one. You Levites have gone too far!”
