Nehemiah 9:20-22

New International Version

²⁰ You gave your good Spirit^(A) to instruct^(B) them. You did not withhold your manna^(C) from their mouths, and you gave them water^(D) for their thirst. ²¹ For forty years^(E) you sustained them in the wilderness; they lacked nothing,^(F) their clothes did not wear out nor did their feet become swollen.^(G)

²² “You gave them kingdoms and nations, allotting to them even the remotest frontiers. They took over the country of Sihon^[a](H) king of Heshbon and the country of Og king of Bashan.^(I)
