Nehemiah 10:29-31
New American Standard Bible
29 are joining with their kinsmen, their nobles, and are [a](A)taking on themselves a curse and an oath to walk in God’s Law, which was given through Moses, God’s servant, and to keep and to [b]comply with all the commandments of [c]God our Lord, and His ordinances and statutes; 30 and (B)that we will not give our daughters to the peoples of the land or take their daughters for our sons. 31 As (C)for the peoples of the land who bring wares or any grain on the Sabbath day to sell, we will not [d]buy from them on the Sabbath or on any holy day; and we will forgo the crops of the (D)seventh year and [e](E)every debt.

Nehemiah 10:29-31
New International Version
29 all these now join their fellow Israelites the nobles, and bind themselves with a curse and an oath(A) to follow the Law of God given through Moses the servant of God and to obey carefully all the commands, regulations and decrees of the Lord our Lord.
30 “We promise not to give our daughters in marriage to the peoples around us or take their daughters for our sons.(B)
31 “When the neighboring peoples bring merchandise or grain to sell on the Sabbath,(C) we will not buy from them on the Sabbath or on any holy day. Every seventh year we will forgo working the land(D) and will cancel all debts.(E)
