¹⁵ Shallun the son of Col-Hozeh, leader of the district of Mizpah, repaired ^(A)the Fountain Gate; he built it, covered it, hung its doors with its bolts and bars, and repaired the wall of the Pool of ^(B)Shelah^[a] by the ^(C)King’s Garden, as far as the stairs that go down from the City of David.

⁷ And He said to him, “Go, wash ^(A)in the pool of Siloam” (which is translated, Sent). So ^(B)he went and washed, and came back seeing.

^37 (A)By the Fountain Gate, in front of them, they went up ^(B)the stairs of the ^(C)City of David, on the stairway of the wall, beyond the house of David, as far as ^(D)the Water Gate eastward.

⁴ Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them, do you think that they were worse sinners than all other men who dwelt in Jerusalem?

¹⁴ Then I went on to the ^(A)Fountain Gate and to the ^(B)King’s Pool, but there was no room for the animal under me to pass.

^6 (A)Then Jeremiah went to Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, to ^(B)Mizpah, and dwelt with him among the people who were left in the land.

¹⁴ Malchijah the son of Rechab, leader of the district of ^(A)Beth Haccerem, repaired the Refuse Gate; he built it and hung its doors with its bolts and bars.

¹² And next to him was Shallum the son of Hallohesh, leader of half the district of Jerusalem; he and his daughters made repairs.

⁹ And next to them Rephaiah the son of Hur, leader of half the district of Jerusalem, made repairs.
