15 Look, there on the mountains,
    the feet of one who brings good news,(A)
    who proclaims peace!(B)
Celebrate your festivals,(C) Judah,
    and fulfill your vows.
No more will the wicked invade you;(D)
    they will be completely destroyed.[a]
