Nahum 3:4-7

New International Version

⁵ “I am against^(C) you,” declares the Lord Almighty.
    “I will lift your skirts^(D) over your face.
I will show the nations your nakedness^(E)
    and the kingdoms your shame.
⁶ I will pelt you with filth,^(F)
    I will treat you with contempt^(G)
    and make you a spectacle.^(H)
7 All who see you will flee^(I) from you and say,
    ‘Nineveh^(J) is in ruins^(K)—who will mourn for her?’^(L)
    Where can I find anyone to comfort^(M) you?”
