Nahum 3:4-7

4 All because of the (A)many sexual acts of the prostitute,
The charming one, the (B)mistress of sorceries,
Who (C)sells nations by her sexual acts,
And families by her sorceries.
5 “Behold, (D)I am against you,” declares the Lord of armies;
“And I will [a](E)lift up your skirts over your face,
And (F)show the nations your nakedness,
And the kingdoms your shame.
6 I will (G)throw filth on you
And (H)declare you worthless,
And set you up as a (I)spectacle.
7 And it will come about that all who see you
Will [b]shrink from you and say,
‘Nineveh is devastated!
(J)Who will have sympathy for her?’
Where shall I seek comforters for you?”

6 I will cast abominable filth upon you,

7 It shall come to pass that all who look upon you
(F)Will flee from you, and say,

(H)Who will bemoan her?’
Where shall I seek comforters for you?”
