Nahum 1:15

15 [a]Behold, (A)on the mountains the feet of him who proclaims good news,
Who [b]announces peace!
(B)Celebrate your feasts, O Judah;
Pay your vows.
For (C)never again will the [c]vile one pass through you;
He is (D)cut off completely.
