⁴⁰ And if anyone wants to sue you and take your shirt, hand over your coat as well.

²⁰ Just then a woman who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years came up behind him and touched the edge of his cloak.^{(A) 21} She said to herself, “If I only touch his cloak, I will be healed.”

³⁶ and begged him to let the sick just touch the edge of his cloak,^(A) and all who touched it were healed.

²⁷ When she heard about Jesus, she came up behind him in the crowd and touched his cloak, ²⁸ because she thought, “If I just touch his clothes,^(A) I will be healed.” ²⁹ Immediately her bleeding stopped and she felt in her body that she was freed from her suffering.^(B)

³⁰ At once Jesus realized that power^(C) had gone out from him. He turned around in the crowd and asked, “Who touched my clothes?”

² The soldiers twisted together a crown of thorns and put it on his head. They clothed him in a purple robe

⁸ Then the angel said to him, “Put on your clothes and sandals.” And Peter did so. “Wrap your cloak around you and follow me,” the angel told him.
