² And behold, there was a great earthquake, for ^(A)an angel of the Lord descended from heaven and came and rolled back the stone and sat on it. ^3 (B)His appearance was like lightning, and ^(C)his clothing white as snow.

⁵ And ^(A)entering the tomb, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, ^(B)dressed in ^(C)a white robe, and ^(D)they were alarmed.

⁴ While they were perplexed about this, behold, ^(A)two ^(B)men stood by them in dazzling apparel.

¹² And ^(A)she saw ^(B)two angels in white, sitting where the body of Jesus had lain, one at the head and one at the feet.
