²⁷ Then he took a cup,^(A) and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you.

²¹ At that time Jesus, full of joy through the Holy Spirit, said, “I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children.^(A) Yes, Father, for this is what you were pleased to do.

⁴¹ So they took away the stone. Then Jesus looked up^(A) and said, “Father,^(B) I thank you that you have heard me.
