Mark 3:14-19

¹⁴ He appointed twelve, whom he also named apostles,^[a](A) to be with him, to send them out to preach,^{(B) 15} and to have authority to^[b] drive out demons. ¹⁶ He appointed the Twelve:^[c](C) To Simon,^(D) he gave the name Peter;^{(E) 17} and to James^(F) the son of Zebedee,^(G) and to his brother John,^(H) he gave the name “Boanerges” (that is, “Sons of Thunder”^(I)); ¹⁸ Andrew;^(J) Philip^(K) and Bartholomew; Matthew^(L) and Thomas;^(M) James the son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus; Simon the Zealot, ¹⁹ and Judas Iscariot,^(N) who also betrayed him.
