Verheißungen: Der Berg des Herrn,...
4 Es wird aber in den letzten Tagen geschehen,
daß der Berg des Hauses des Herrn
festgegründet an der Spitze der Berge stehen
und über alle Höhen erhaben sein wird.
2 Und Völker werden ihm zuströmen,
und viele Nationen werden hingehen und sagen:
«Kommt, laßt uns wallen zum Berge des Herrn,
zum Hause des Gottes Jakobs,
daß er uns über seine Wege belehre
und wir auf seinen Pfaden wandeln!»
Denn von Zion wird die Lehre ausgehen
und des Herrn Wort von Jerusalem.
3 Und er wird Schiedsrichter sein zwischen großen Völkern
und zurechtweisen starke Nationen, die weit weg wohnen,
also daß sie ihre Schwerter zu Pflugscharen
und ihre Spieße zu Rebmessern verschmieden;
kein Volk wird wider das andere ein Schwert erheben,
und sie werden nicht mehr den Krieg erlernen;
4 sondern jedermann wird unter seinem Weinstock und unter seinem Feigenbaum sitzen,
und niemand wird ihn stören; denn der Mund des Herrn hat es geredet!
5 Denn alle Völker mögen wandeln, ein jedes im Namen seines Gottes;
wir aber wollen wandeln im Namen des Herrn, unsres Gottes,
immer und ewiglich! -

6 An jenem Tage, spricht der Herr, will ich das Hinkende sammeln,
und das Verstoßene zusammenbringen
und die, denen ich Unheil zugefügt habe;
7 und will aus dem Hinkenden einen Überrest machen
und aus dem, was weit entfernt war, ein starkes Volk;
und der Herr wird über sie herrschen auf dem Berge Zion
von nun an bis in Ewigkeit.
8 Und du, Herdenturm, Hügel der Tochter Zion,
bis zu dir wird reichen und zu dir wird zurückkehren die frühere Herrschaft,
das Königtum der Tochter Jerusalem!

9 Was schreist du aber jetzt so laut?
Ist kein König bei dir?
Sind deine Ratsherren umgekommen,
daß dich Wehen ergriffen haben wie eine Gebärende?
10 Zittere und stöhne, du Tochter Zion, wie eine Gebärende;
denn nun mußt du zur Stadt hinaus und auf dem Felde wohnen
und nach Babel ziehen!
Dort sollst du gerettet werden,
dort wird dich der Herr erlösen aus der Hand deiner Feinde.
11 Denn jetzt haben sich viele Völker wider dich versammelt, welche sagen:
«Sie soll entweiht werden,
damit unser Auge seine Lust an Zion sehe!»
12 Sie wissen aber nicht, was der Herr im Sinne hat,
und merken seinen Ratschluß nicht,
daß er sie zusammengebracht hat wie Garben auf der Tenne.
13 Mache dich auf und drisch, du Tochter Zion!
Denn ich mache dir eiserne Hörner und eherne Hufe,
daß du große Völker zermalmest
und ihren Raub dem Herrn weihest
und ihren Reichtum dem Beherrscher der ganzen Erde.
14 . Nun schließe deine Reihen, du Schar!
Man errichtet Bollwerke gegen uns;
mit der Rute wollen sie den Richter Israels auf den Backen schlagen.

Ang Paghahari ng Kapayapaan ng Panginoon(A)
4 At nangyari sa mga huling araw,
ang bundok ng bahay ng Panginoon
ay itatatag bilang pinakamataas sa mga bundok,
at itataas sa mga burol;
at ang mga tao'y magpupuntahan doon,
2 at maraming bansa ang darating at magsasabi,
“Halikayo, tayo'y umahon patungo sa bundok ng Panginoon,
at sa bahay ng Diyos ni Jacob;
upang maituro niya sa atin ang kanyang mga daan,
at tayo'y makalakad sa kanyang mga landas.”
Sapagkat mula sa Zion ay lalabas ang kautusan,
at ang salita ng Panginoon mula sa Jerusalem.
3 Siya'y(B) hahatol sa gitna ng maraming bayan,
at magpapasiya para sa malalakas na bansa sa malayo;
at kanilang papandayin ang kanilang mga tabak upang maging sudsod,
at ang kanilang mga sibat upang maging karit;
ang bansa ay hindi magtataas ng tabak laban sa bansa,
ni magsasanay para sa pakikidigma.
4 Kundi(C) bawat isa'y uupo sa ilalim ng kanyang punong ubas at sa ilalim ng kanyang punong igos;
at walang tatakot sa kanila;
sapagkat sinalita ng bibig ng Panginoon ng mga hukbo.
5 Sapagkat ang lahat ng bayan ay lalakad
bawat isa sa pangalan ng kanya-kanyang diyos,
ngunit tayo'y lalakad sa pangalan ng Panginoon nating Diyos
magpakailanpaman.

6 Sa araw na iyon, sabi ng Panginoon,
titipunin ko ang pilay,
at titipunin ko ang mga itinapon,
at ang aking mga pinahirapan.
7 Ang pilay ay gagawin kong nalabi,
at ang mga itinapon ay isang malakas na bansa;
at ang Panginoon ay maghahari sa kanila sa bundok ng Zion
mula ngayon hanggang sa walang hanggan.
8 At ikaw, O tore ng kawan,
na burol ng anak na babae ng Zion,
ito sa iyo'y darating,
ang dating kapangyarihan ay darating,
ang kaharian ng anak na babae ng Jerusalem.
9 Ngayo'y bakit ka sumisigaw nang malakas?
Wala ka bang hari?
Ang iyo bang tagapayo ay namatay,
upang ang mga paghihirap ay sumaiyo na gaya ng babaing manganganak?
10 Mamilipit ka at dumaing, O anak na babae ng Zion,
na gaya ng babaing manganganak;
sapagkat ngayo'y lalabas ka sa lunsod,
at maninirahan sa parang,
at ikaw ay pupunta sa Babilonia.
Ililigtas ka roon,
doo'y tutubusin ka ng Panginoon
sa kamay ng iyong mga kaaway.
11 At ngayo'y maraming bansa
ang magtitipon laban sa iyo,
na nagsasabi, “Hayaan siyang malapastangan,
ituon natin ang ating mata sa Zion.”
12 Ngunit hindi nila alam ang mga pag-iisip ng Panginoon,
hindi nila nauunawaan ang kanyang panukala,
sapagkat kanyang tinipon sila na parang mga bigkis sa giikan.
13 Bumangon ka at gumiik,
O anak na babae ng Zion;
sapagkat aking gagawing bakal ang iyong sungay,
at tanso ang iyong mga kuko;
at iyong dudurugin ang maraming bayan,
upang iyong italaga sa Panginoon ang kanilang pakinabang,
at ang kanilang kayamanan ay sa Panginoon ng buong lupa.

The Mountain of the Lord(A)
4 In the last days
the mountain(B) of the Lord’s temple will be established
as the highest of the mountains;
it will be exalted above the hills,(C)
and peoples will stream to it.(D)
2 Many nations will come and say,
“Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord,(E)
to the temple of the God of Jacob.(F)
He will teach us(G) his ways,(H)
so that we may walk in his paths.”
The law(I) will go out from Zion,
the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.
3 He will judge between many peoples
and will settle disputes for strong nations far and wide.(J)
They will beat their swords into plowshares
and their spears into pruning hooks.(K)
Nation will not take up sword against nation,
nor will they train for war(L) anymore.(M)
4 Everyone will sit under their own vine
and under their own fig tree,(N)
and no one will make them afraid,(O)
for the Lord Almighty has spoken.(P)
5 All the nations may walk
in the name of their gods,(Q)
but we will walk in the name of the Lord
our God for ever and ever.(R)
The Lord’s Plan
6 “In that day,” declares the Lord,
“I will gather the lame;(S)
I will assemble the exiles(T)
and those I have brought to grief.(U)
7 I will make the lame my remnant,(V)
those driven away a strong nation.(W)
The Lord will rule over them in Mount Zion(X)
from that day and forever.(Y)
8 As for you, watchtower of the flock,
stronghold[a] of Daughter Zion,
the former dominion will be restored(Z) to you;
kingship will come to Daughter Jerusalem.(AA)”
9 Why do you now cry aloud—
have you no king[b](AB)?
Has your ruler[c] perished,
that pain seizes you like that of a woman in labor?(AC)
10 Writhe in agony, Daughter Zion,
like a woman in labor,
for now you must leave the city
to camp in the open field.
You will go to Babylon;(AD)
there you will be rescued.
There the Lord will redeem(AE) you
out of the hand of your enemies.
11 But now many nations
are gathered against you.
They say, “Let her be defiled,
let our eyes gloat(AF) over Zion!”
12 But they do not know
the thoughts of the Lord;
they do not understand his plan,(AG)
that he has gathered them like sheaves to the threshing floor.
13 “Rise and thresh,(AH) Daughter Zion,
for I will give you horns of iron;
I will give you hooves of bronze,
and you will break to pieces many nations.”(AI)
You will devote their ill-gotten gains to the Lord,(AJ)
their wealth to the Lord of all the earth.

4 But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the Lord shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it.
2 And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.
3 And he shall judge among many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.
4 But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of the Lord of hosts hath spoken it.
5 For all people will walk every one in the name of his god, and we will walk in the name of the Lord our God for ever and ever.
6 In that day, saith the Lord, will I assemble her that halteth, and I will gather her that is driven out, and her that I have afflicted;
7 And I will make her that halted a remnant, and her that was cast far off a strong nation: and the Lord shall reign over them in mount Zion from henceforth, even for ever.
8 And thou, O tower of the flock, the strong hold of the daughter of Zion, unto thee shall it come, even the first dominion; the kingdom shall come to the daughter of Jerusalem.
9 Now why dost thou cry out aloud? is there no king in thee? is thy counsellor perished? for pangs have taken thee as a woman in travail.
10 Be in pain, and labour to bring forth, O daughter of Zion, like a woman in travail: for now shalt thou go forth out of the city, and thou shalt dwell in the field, and thou shalt go even to Babylon; there shalt thou be delivered; there the Lord shall redeem thee from the hand of thine enemies.
11 Now also many nations are gathered against thee, that say, Let her be defiled, and let our eye look upon Zion.
12 But they know not the thoughts of the Lord, neither understand they his counsel: for he shall gather them as the sheaves into the floor.
13 Arise and thresh, O daughter of Zion: for I will make thine horn iron, and I will make thy hoofs brass: and thou shalt beat in pieces many people: and I will consecrate their gain unto the Lord, and their substance unto the Lord of the whole earth.
