Micah 6:15-16
Good News Translation
15 You will sow grain, but not harvest the crop. You will press oil from olives, but never get to use it. You will make wine, but never drink it. 16 (A)This will happen because you have followed the evil practices of King Omri and of his son, King Ahab. You have continued their policies, and so I will bring you to ruin, and everyone will despise you. People[a] everywhere will treat you with contempt.”[b]

New International Version
15 You will plant but not harvest;(A)
you will press olives but not use the oil,
you will crush grapes but not drink the wine.(B)
16 You have observed the statutes of Omri(C)
and all the practices of Ahab’s(D) house;
you have followed their traditions.(E)
Therefore I will give you over to ruin(F)
and your people to derision;
you will bear the scorn(G) of the nations.[a]”
