15 “Bigyan mo po sana ako ng lugar na may tubig. Ang lupang ibinigay mo sa akin ay walang mapagkukunan ng tubig,” sabi ni Acsa. At ibinigay sa kanya ni Caleb ang mga balon sa gawing itaas at ibaba.

16 Ang angkan ni Hobab na isang Cineo, na kamag-anak ng biyenan ni Moises, ay sumama sa lipi ni Juda mula sa Jerico, ang Lunsod ng mga Palma, hanggang sa ilang ng Juda, sa timog ng Arad. Nanirahan silang kasama ng mga Amalekita.[a] 17 Ang lipi naman ni Simeon ay tinulungan ng lipi ni Juda sa pagsakop sa Lunsod ng Sefat. Winasak nila ito nang husto at pinangalanang Horma.[b]

Judges 1:15-17
New International Version
15 She replied, “Do me a special favor. Since you have given me land in the Negev, give me also springs of water.” So Caleb gave her the upper and lower springs.(A)
16 The descendants of Moses’ father-in-law,(B) the Kenite,(C) went up from the City of Palms[a](D) with the people of Judah to live among the inhabitants of the Desert of Judah in the Negev near Arad.(E)
17 Then the men of Judah went with the Simeonites(F) their fellow Israelites and attacked the Canaanites living in Zephath, and they totally destroyed[b] the city. Therefore it was called Hormah.[c](G)

15 And she said unto him, Give me a blessing: for thou hast given me a south land; give me also springs of water. And Caleb gave her the upper springs and the nether springs.
16 And the children of the Kenite, Moses' father in law, went up out of the city of palm trees with the children of Judah into the wilderness of Judah, which lieth in the south of Arad; and they went and dwelt among the people.
17 And Judah went with Simeon his brother, and they slew the Canaanites that inhabited Zephath, and utterly destroyed it. And the name of the city was called Hormah.
