Numbers 9:13-15
New King James Version
13 But the man who is clean and is not on a journey, and ceases to keep the Passover, that same person (A)shall be cut off from among his people, because he (B)did not bring the offering of the Lord at its appointed time; that man shall (C)bear his sin.
14 ‘And if a stranger [a]dwells among you, and would keep the Lord’s Passover, he must do so according to the rite of the Passover and according to its ceremony; (D)you shall have one [b]ordinance, both for the stranger and the native of the land.’ ”
The Cloud and the Fire(E)
15 Now (F)on the day that the tabernacle was raised up, the cloud (G)covered the tabernacle, the tent of the Testimony; (H)from evening until morning it was above the tabernacle like the appearance of fire.

13 But if anyone who is clean and is not on a journey fails to keep the Passover, (A)that person shall be cut off from his people because he did not bring the Lord's (B)offering at its appointed time; that man shall bear his sin. 14 And if a stranger sojourns among you and would keep the Passover to the Lord, according to the statute of the Passover and according to its rule, so shall he do. (C)You shall have one statute, both for the sojourner and for the native.”
The Cloud Covering the Tabernacle
15 (D)On the day that the tabernacle was set up, the cloud covered the tabernacle, the tent of the testimony. And (E)at evening it was over the tabernacle like the appearance of fire until morning.
