Panalangin Upang Tulungan ng Diyos(A)
Katha ni David upang awitin ng Punong Mang-aawit. Inaawit tuwing mag-aalay ng handog pang-alaala.
70 Iligtas mo ako ngayon, Yahweh, ako ay iligtas,
tulungan mo ako, O Diyos, nang di mapahamak!
2 Mga taong nagtatangkang kumitil sa aking buhay,
bayaan mong mangalito't mag-ani ng kabiguan;
iyon namang natutuwa sa taglay kong kahirapan,
bayaan mong mapahiya at magapi ng kalaban.
3 Sila namang ang layunin ay magtawa at mangutya,
sa kanilang pagkatalo, bayaan ding mapahiya.
4 Ang lahat ng lumalapit sa iyo ay magkatuwa,
gayon din ang nagmamahal sa pagtubos mong ginawa,
at sabihing lagi nila: “O Diyos, ikaw ay dakila!”
5 Lubos akong naghihirap, tunay na nanghihina,
lumapit ka sana agad, O Diyos, sana'y lumapit ka;
O aking tagapagligtas, katulong ko sa tuwina,
huwag mo akong paghintayin, Yahweh, sana'y mahabag ka!

70 Dios mío, ¡dígnate ayudarme!
Señor, ¡ven pronto a socorrerme!
2 ¡Que sean avergonzados y confundidos
los que buscan acabar con mi vida!
¡Que retrocedan en vergonzosa derrota
los que buscan hacerme daño!
3 ¡Que sean derrotados por sus ofensas
los que se burlan de mí!
4 Pero que se alegren en ti todos los que te buscan;
que los que aman tu salvación digan siempre:
«¡Grande es nuestro Dios!»
5 Pero yo estoy pobre y afligido;
¡ven pronto, oh Dios, en mi ayuda!
Tu eres mi ayuda; ¡eres mi libertador!
¡No tardes, Señor!

1 Hasten, O God, to save me;
come quickly, Lord, to help me.(B)
2 May those who want to take my life(C)
be put to shame and confusion;
may all who desire my ruin
be turned back in disgrace.(D)
3 May those who say to me, “Aha! Aha!”(E)
turn back because of their shame.
4 But may all who seek you(F)
rejoice and be glad(G) in you;
may those who long for your saving help always say,
“The Lord is great!”(H)

70 Make haste, (C)O God, to deliver me!
Make haste to help me, O Lord!
2 (D)Let them be ashamed and confounded
Who seek my life;
Let them be [a]turned back and confused
Who desire my hurt.
3 (E)Let them be turned back because of their shame,
Who say, [b]“Aha, aha!”
4 Let all those who seek You rejoice and be glad in You;
And let those who love Your salvation say continually,
“Let God be magnified!”
5 (F)But I am poor and needy;
(G)Make haste to me, O God!
You are my help and my deliverer;
O Lord, do not delay.

2 Let them be ashamed and confounded that seek after my soul: let them be turned backward, and put to confusion, that desire my hurt.
3 Let them be turned back for a reward of their shame that say, Aha, aha.
4 Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified.
5 But I am poor and needy: make haste unto me, O God: thou art my help and my deliverer; O Lord, make no tarrying.
