8 Patnubayan mo ako, Yahweh, sa iyong katuwiran,
dahil napakarami ng sa aki'y humahadlang,
landas mong matuwid sa aki'y ipaalam, upang ito'y aking laging masundan.
9 Ang(A) mga sinasabi ng mga kaaway ko'y kasinungalingan;
saloobin nila'y pawang kabulukan;
parang bukás na libingan ang kanilang lalamunan,
pananalita nila'y pawang panlilinlang.
10 O Diyos, sila sana'y iyong panagutin,
sa sariling pakana, sila'y iyong pabagsakin;
sa dami ng pagkakasala nila, sila'y iyong itakwil,
sapagkat mapaghimagsik sila at mga suwail.

8 (A)Patnubayan mo ako, Oh Panginoon, sa iyong katuwiran dahil sa aking mga kaaway;
Patagin mo ang iyong daan sa harapan ko.
9 Sapagka't walang pagtatapat sa kanilang bibig;
Ang kanilang kalooban ay tunay na kasamaan;
Ang kanilang lalamunan ay bukas na (B)libingan;
Sila'y nanganunuya ng kanilang dila.
10 Bigyan mong sala sila, Oh Dios;
Ibuwal mo sila sa kanilang sariling mga payo:
Palayasin mo sila sa karamihan ng kanilang mga pagsalangsang;
Sapagka't sila'y nanganghimagsik laban sa iyo,

8 Lead me, Lord, in your righteousness(A)
because of my enemies—
make your way straight(B) before me.
9 Not a word from their mouth can be trusted;
their heart is filled with malice.
Their throat is an open grave;(C)
with their tongues they tell lies.(D)
10 Declare them guilty, O God!
Let their intrigues be their downfall.
Banish them for their many sins,(E)
for they have rebelled(F) against you.

9 For there is no faithfulness in their mouth; their inward part is very wickedness; their throat is an open sepulchre; they flatter with their tongue.
10 Destroy thou them, O God; let them fall by their own counsels; cast them out in the multitude of their transgressions; for they have rebelled against thee.
