Awit ng Pagpupuri
33 Lahat ng matuwid dapat na magsaya,
dahil sa ginawa ng Diyos sa kanila;
kayong masunuri'y magpuri sa kanya!
2 Ang Diyos na si Yahweh ay pasalamatan,
tugtugin ang alpa't awit ay saliwan;
3 Isang bagong awit, awiting malakas,
kasaliw ang tugtog ng alpang marilag!
4 Si Yahweh ay tapat sa kanyang salita,
at maaasahan ang kanyang ginawa.
5 Ang nais niya ay kat'wira't katarungan,
ang pag-ibig niya sa mundo'y laganap.
6 Sa utos ni Yahweh, nalikha ang langit,
ang araw, ang buwa't talang maririkit;
7 sa iisang dako, tubig ay tinipon,
at sa kalaliman ay doon kinulong.
8 Matakot kay Yahweh ang lahat sa lupa!
Dapat katakutan ng buong nilikha!
9 Ang buong daigdig, kanyang nilikha,
sa kanyang salita, lumitaw na kusa.
10 Ang binabalangkas niyong mga bansa,
kanyang nababago't winawalang-bisa.
11 Ngunit ang mga panukala ni Yahweh,
hindi masisira, ito'y mananatili.
12 Mapalad ang bansang si Yahweh ang Diyos;
mapalad ang bayang kanyang ibinukod.
13 Magmula sa langit, kanyang minamasdan
ang lahat ng tao na kanyang nilalang.
14 Nagmamasid siya at namamahala
sa lahat ng tao sa balat ng lupa.
15 Ang isip nila'y sa kanya nagmula
walang nalilingid sa kanilang gawa.
16 Di(A) dahil sa hukbo, hari'y nagtagumpay,
ni dahil sa lakas, nagwagi ang kawal;
17 kabayong pandigma'y di na kailangan,
upang sa digmaa'y kamtin ang tagumpay;
di makakapagligtas, lakas nilang taglay.
18 Ang nagmamahal kay Yahweh, at nagtitiwala
sa kanyang pag-ibig, ay kinakalinga.
19 Hindi hahayaang sila ay mamatay,
kahit magtaggutom sila'y binubuhay.
20 Tanging si Yahweh lang ang ating pag-asa;
tulong na malaki at sanggalang siya.
21 Dahil nga sa kanya, kami'y natutuwa;
sa kanyang pangalan ay nagtitiwala.
22 Ipagkaloob mo na aming makamit, O Yahweh, ang iyong wagas na pag-ibig,
yamang ang pag-asa'y sa iyo nasasalig!

The Sovereignty of the Lord in Creation and History
33 Rejoice (A)in the Lord, O you righteous!
For praise from the upright is beautiful.
2 Praise the Lord with the harp;
[a]Make melody to Him with an instrument of ten strings.
3 Sing to Him a new song;
Play skillfully with a shout of joy.
4 For the word of the Lord is right,
And all His work is done in truth.
5 He loves righteousness and justice;
The earth is full of the goodness of the Lord.
6 (B)By the word of the Lord the heavens were made,
And all the (C)host of them (D)by the breath of His mouth.
7 (E)He gathers the waters of the sea together [b]as a heap;
He lays up the deep in storehouses.
8 Let all the earth fear the Lord;
Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him.
9 For (F)He spoke, and it was done;
He commanded, and it stood fast.
10 (G)The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nothing;
He makes the plans of the peoples of no effect.
11 (H)The counsel of the Lord stands forever,
The plans of His heart to all generations.
12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord,
The people He has (I)chosen as His own inheritance.
13 (J)The Lord looks from heaven;
He sees all the sons of men.
14 From the place of His dwelling He looks
On all the inhabitants of the earth;
15 He fashions their hearts individually;
(K)He [c]considers all their works.
16 (L)No king is saved by the multitude of an army;
A mighty man is not delivered by great strength.
17 (M)A horse is a [d]vain hope for safety;
Neither shall it deliver any by its great strength.
18 (N)Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him,
On those who hope in His mercy,
19 To deliver their soul from death,
And (O)to keep them alive in famine.
20 Our soul waits for the Lord;
He is our help and our shield.
21 For our heart shall rejoice in Him,
Because we have trusted in His holy name.
22 Let Your mercy, O Lord, be upon us,
Just as we hope in You.

33 義人啊，
你們要歡然歌頌耶和華，
正直的人理應讚美祂。
2 你們要彈琴讚美耶和華，
彈奏十弦琴讚美祂。
3 要為祂唱新歌，
琴聲要美妙，歌聲要嘹亮。
4 因為耶和華的話是真理，
祂的作為信實可靠。
5 祂喜愛公平正義，
大地充滿祂的慈愛。
6 諸天靠祂的話而造，
群星靠祂口中的氣而成。
7 祂將海水聚在一處，把汪洋收進倉庫。
8 願普世都敬畏耶和華！
願世人都尊崇祂！
9 因為祂一發話，就創造了天地；
祂一命令，就立定了萬物。
10 祂挫敗列國的謀算，
攔阻列邦的計劃。
11 祂的計劃永不落空，
祂的旨意萬代長存。
12 尊祂為上帝的邦國有福了！
蒙揀選做祂子民的人有福了！
13 祂從天上俯視人間，
14 從祂的居所察看世上萬民。

16 君王不能靠兵多取勝，
勇士不能憑力大獲救。
17 靠戰馬取勝實屬妄想，
馬雖力大也不能救人。

19 祂救他們脫離死亡，
保護他們度過饑荒。
20 我們仰望耶和華，
祂是我們的幫助，
是我們的盾牌。
