Awit ni David.
101 Ako'y aawit tungkol sa katapatan at katarungan,
sa iyo, O Panginoon, aawit ako.
2 Aking susundin ang daang matuwid.
O kailan ka darating sa akin?
Ako'y lalakad sa loob ng aking bahay
na may tapat na puso.
3 Hindi ko ilalagay sa harapan ng aking mga mata
ang anumang hamak na bagay.
Kinapopootan ko ang gawa ng mga tumalikod;
hindi ito kakapit sa akin.
4 Ang suwail na puso ay hihiwalay sa akin,
hindi ako makakaalam ng masamang bagay.
5 Ang lihim na naninirang-puri sa kanyang kapwa
ay aking pupuksain.
Ang taong may mapagmataas na tingin at may palalong puso
ay hindi ko titiisin.
6 Ang mga mata ko'y itititig ko sa mga tapat sa lupain,
upang sila'y makatirang kasama ko.
Siya na lumalakad sa sakdal na daan
ay maglilingkod sa akin.
7 Walang taong gumagawa ng pandaraya
ang tatahan sa aking bahay;
walang taong nagsasalita ng kasinungalingan
ang mananatili sa aking harapan.
8 Tuwing umaga ay aking lilipulin
ang lahat ng masama sa lupain,
upang itiwalag ang lahat na manggagawa ng kasamaan
sa lunsod ng Panginoon.

101 I will sing of mercy and judgment: unto thee, O Lord, will I sing.
2 I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way. O when wilt thou come unto me? I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.
3 I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me.
4 A froward heart shall depart from me: I will not know a wicked person.
5 Whoso privily slandereth his neighbour, him will I cut off: him that hath an high look and a proud heart will not I suffer.
6 Mine eyes shall be upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me: he that walketh in a perfect way, he shall serve me.
7 He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house: he that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight.
8 I will early destroy all the wicked of the land; that I may cut off all wicked doers from the city of the Lord.

To You, O Lord, I will sing praises.

Oh, when will You come to me?

It shall not cling to me.
4 A perverse heart shall depart from me;

5 Whoever secretly slanders his neighbor,
Him I will destroy;
(E)The one who has a haughty look and a proud heart,
Him I will not endure.
6 My eyes shall be on the faithful of the land,
That they may dwell with me;
He who walks in a [c]perfect way,
He shall serve me.
7 He who works deceit shall not dwell within my house;
He who tells lies shall not [d]continue in my presence.
8 (F)Early I will destroy all the wicked of the land,
That I may cut off all the evildoers (G)from the city of the Lord.
