Parabole des ouvriers
20 Car le royaume des cieux est semblable à un maître de maison qui sortit dès le matin, afin de louer des ouvriers pour sa vigne. 2 Il convint avec eux d’un denier par jour, et il les envoya à sa vigne. 3 Il sortit vers la troisième heure[a], et il en vit d’autres qui étaient sur la place sans rien faire. 4 Il leur dit: Allez aussi à ma vigne, et je vous donnerai ce qui sera raisonnable. 5 Et ils y allèrent. Il sortit de nouveau vers la sixième heure[b] et vers la neuvième[c], et il fit de même. 6 Etant sorti vers la onzième heure[d], il en trouva d’autres qui étaient sur la place, et il leur dit: Pourquoi vous tenez-vous ici toute la journée sans rien faire? 7 Ils lui répondirent: C’est que personne ne nous a loués. Allez aussi à ma vigne, leur dit-il. 8 Quand le soir fut venu, le maître de la vigne dit à son intendant: Appelle les ouvriers, et paie-leur le salaire, en allant des derniers aux premiers. 9 Ceux de la onzième heure vinrent, et reçurent chacun un denier. 10 Les premiers vinrent ensuite, croyant recevoir davantage; mais ils reçurent aussi chacun un denier. 11 En le recevant, ils murmurèrent contre le maître de la maison, 12 et dirent: Ces derniers n’ont travaillé qu’une heure, et tu les traites à l’égal de nous, qui avons supporté la fatigue du jour et la chaleur. 13 Il répondit à l’un d’eux: Mon ami, je ne te fais pas tort; n’as-tu pas convenu avec moi d’un denier? 14 Prends ce qui te revient, et va-t’en. Je veux donner à ce dernier autant qu’à toi. 15 Ne m’est-il pas permis de faire de mon bien ce que je veux? Ou vois-tu d’un mauvais œil que je sois bon? 16 Ainsi les derniers seront les premiers, et les premiers seront les derniers.
17 Pendant que Jésus montait à Jérusalem, il prit à part les douze disciples, et il leur dit en chemin: 18 Voici, nous montons à Jérusalem, et le Fils de l’homme sera livré aux principaux sacrificateurs et aux scribes. Ils le condamneront à mort, 19 et ils le livreront aux païens, pour qu’ils se moquent de lui, le battent de verges, et le crucifient; et le troisième jour il ressuscitera.
Réponse de Jésus à la requête de la mère de Jacques et de Jean
20 Alors la mère des fils de Zébédée s’approcha de Jésus avec ses fils, et se prosterna, pour lui faire une demande. 21 Il lui dit: Que veux-tu? Ordonne, lui dit-elle, que mes deux fils, que voici, soient assis, dans ton royaume, l’un à ta droite et l’autre à ta gauche. 22 Jésus répondit: Vous ne savez ce que vous demandez. Pouvez-vous boire la coupe que je dois boire? Nous le pouvons, dirent-ils. 23 Et il leur répondit: Il est vrai que vous boirez ma coupe; mais pour ce qui est d’être assis à ma droite et à ma gauche, cela ne dépend pas de moi, et ne sera donné qu’à ceux à qui mon Père l’a réservé. 24 Les dix, ayant entendu cela, furent indignés contre les deux frères. 25 Jésus les appela, et dit: Vous savez que les chefs des nations les tyrannisent, et que les grands les asservissent. 26 Il n’en sera pas de même au milieu de vous. Mais quiconque veut être grand parmi vous, qu’il soit votre serviteur; 27 et quiconque veut être le premier parmi vous, qu’il soit votre esclave. 28 C’est ainsi que le Fils de l’homme est venu, non pour être servi, mais pour servir et donner sa vie comme la rançon de beaucoup[e].
Deux aveugles recouvrent la vue
29 Lorsqu’ils sortirent de Jéricho, une grande foule suivit Jésus. 30 Et voici, deux aveugles, assis au bord du chemin, entendirent que Jésus passait, et crièrent: Aie pitié de nous, Seigneur, Fils de David! 31 La foule les reprenait, pour les faire taire; mais ils crièrent plus fort: Aie pitié de nous, Seigneur, Fils de David! 32 Jésus s’arrêta, les appela, et dit: Que voulez-vous que je vous fasse? 33 Ils lui dirent: Seigneur, que nos yeux s’ouvrent. 34 Emu de compassion, Jésus toucha leurs yeux; et aussitôt ils recouvrèrent la vue, et le suivirent.

20 耶稣接着说：“因为天国就像一个园主清早去外面请工人到他的葡萄园做工。 2 他跟工人讲好一天的工钱是一个银币，然后派他们去葡萄园。
3 “大约上午九点钟，园主出去看见一些人站在街市上无所事事， 4 就对他们说，‘你们到我的葡萄园来工作吧，我会给你们合理的工钱。’
5 “他们便去了。正午和下午三点钟，他又出去继续请人到葡萄园做工。 6 到了下午五点钟的时候，他再次出去，看见还有人闲站在那里，就问他们，‘为什么你们整天站在这里无所事事呢？’ 7 他们回答说，‘因为没有人雇用我们。’园主说，‘你们也到我的葡萄园来吧！’
8 “到了傍晚，园主对工头说，‘叫工人来领工钱吧，最晚来的先领，最先来的后领。’
9 “下午五点来的工人每人得了一个银币。 10 最早来的工人来领的时候，以为必定可以多得一点工钱，谁知也各得一个银币。
11 “他们拿着工钱满腹牢骚地对园主说， 12 ‘那些最晚来的人只工作了一小时，而我们在烈日之下辛苦了一整天，怎么会领同样的工钱呢？’
13 “园主对他们当中的一个人说，‘朋友，我并没有欠你呀！我们不是讲好付你一个银币吗？ 14 拿着你的工钱走吧。我给那后来的和你一样的工钱，是我愿意。 15 难道我不可随意使用自己的钱吗？因为我慷慨，你就眼红吗？’ 16 因此，为首的将要殿后，殿后的将要为首。”
耶稣第三次预言自己受难
17 在去耶路撒冷的途中，耶稣把十二个门徒带到一边，对他们说： 18 “你们要留意，我们现在前往耶路撒冷，人子将被交给祭司长和律法教师。他们要判祂死刑， 19 把祂交给外族人，受嘲弄、鞭打，被钉在十字架上。但第三天祂必复活。”
一个母亲的请求
20 当时，西庇太的妻子带着两个儿子上前，跪在耶稣面前，有事要求祂。
21 耶稣问她：“你要什么呢？”
她说：“在你的国度，请让我这两个儿子一个坐在你右边，一个坐在你左边。”
22 耶稣回答说：“你们不知道自己在求什么。我要喝的那一杯，你们能喝吗？”
他们说：“我们能。”
23 耶稣对他们说：“我要喝的那一杯，你们也要喝。不过谁坐在我的左右不是我来定，而是我父为谁预备的，就让谁坐。”
24 其他十个门徒听见这事，都对他们兄弟二人十分恼火。 25 于是，耶稣把他们叫来，说：“外族人有君王统治他们，有大臣管理他们。但你们不可这样。 26 你们中间，谁要当首领，谁就要做大家的仆人； 27 谁要居首位，谁就要做大家的奴仆。 28 正如人子不是来受人服侍，而是来服侍人，并且牺牲性命，作许多人的赎价。”
治好两个瞎子
29 耶稣和祂的门徒离开耶利哥时，有一大群人跟着祂。 30 有两个瞎子正坐在路旁，听说耶稣经过，就高声喊叫：“主啊，大卫的后裔啊，可怜我们吧！” 31 众人责备他们，叫他们不要出声，他们却喊得更大声了：“主啊，大卫的后裔啊，可怜我们吧！”
32 耶稣停下脚步，叫了他们来，问他们：“你们要我为你们做什么？” 33 他们说：“主啊，我们想能够看见。” 34 耶稣就动了慈心，摸他们的眼睛，他们立刻得见光明，并跟从了耶稣。

The Parable of the Workers in the Vineyard
20 “For the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in the morning to hire laborers for his vineyard. 2 Now when he had agreed with the laborers for a denarius a day, he sent them into his vineyard. 3 And he went out about the third hour and saw others standing idle in the marketplace, 4 and said to them, ‘You also go into the vineyard, and whatever is right I will give you.’ So they went. 5 Again he went out about the sixth and the ninth hour, and did likewise. 6 And about the eleventh hour he went out and found others standing [a]idle, and said to them, ‘Why have you been standing here idle all day?’ 7 They said to him, ‘Because no one hired us.’ He said to them, ‘You also go into the vineyard, [b]and whatever is right you will receive.’
8 “So when evening had come, the owner of the vineyard said to his steward, ‘Call the laborers and give them their wages, beginning with the last to the first.’ 9 And when those came who were hired about the eleventh hour, they each received a denarius. 10 But when the first came, they supposed that they would receive more; and they likewise received each a denarius. 11 And when they had received it, they [c]complained against the landowner, 12 saying, ‘These last men have worked only one hour, and you made them equal to us who have borne the burden and the heat of the day.’ 13 But he answered one of them and said, ‘Friend, I am doing you no wrong. Did you not agree with me for a denarius? 14 Take what is yours and go your way. I wish to give to this last man the same as to you. 15 (A)Is it not lawful for me to do what I wish with my own things? Or (B)is your eye evil because I am good?’ 16 (C)So the last will be first, and the first last. (D)For[d] many are called, but few chosen.”
Jesus a Third Time Predicts His Death and Resurrection(E)
17 (F)Now Jesus, going up to Jerusalem, took the twelve disciples aside on the road and said to them, 18 (G)“Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be betrayed to the chief priests and to the scribes; and they will condemn Him to death, 19 (H)and deliver Him to the Gentiles to (I)mock and to (J)scourge and to (K)crucify. And the third day He will (L)rise again.”
Greatness Is Serving(M)
20 (N)Then the mother of (O)Zebedee’s sons came to Him with her sons, kneeling down and asking something from Him.
21 And He said to her, “What do you wish?”
She said to Him, “Grant that these two sons of mine (P)may sit, one on Your right hand and the other on the left, in Your kingdom.”
22 But Jesus answered and said, “You do not know what you ask. Are you able to drink (Q)the cup that I am about to drink, [e]and be baptized with (R)the baptism that I am baptized with?”
They said to Him, “We are able.”
23 So He said to them, (S)“You will indeed drink My cup, [f]and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with; but to sit on My right hand and on My left is not Mine to give, but it is for those for whom it is prepared by My Father.”
24 (T)And when the ten heard it, they were greatly displeased with the two brothers. 25 But Jesus called them to Himself and said, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and those who are great exercise authority over them. 26 Yet (U)it shall not be so among you; but (V)whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant. 27 (W)And whoever desires to be first among you, let him be your slave— 28 (X)just as the (Y)Son of Man did not come to be served, (Z)but to serve, and (AA)to give His life a ransom (AB)for many.”
Two Blind Men Receive Their Sight(AC)
29 (AD)Now as they went out of Jericho, a great multitude followed Him. 30 And behold, (AE)two blind men sitting by the road, when they heard that Jesus was passing by, cried out, saying, “Have mercy on us, O Lord, (AF)Son of David!”
31 Then the multitude (AG)warned them that they should be quiet; but they cried out all the more, saying, “Have mercy on us, O Lord, Son of David!”
32 So Jesus stood still and called them, and said, “What do you want Me to do for you?”
33 They said to Him, “Lord, that our eyes may be opened.” 34 So Jesus had (AH)compassion and touched their eyes. And immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed Him.
